A Comparative Analysis of the Constitution of Madina and International Human Rights With Reference to Peace

In Madina city there were different Jewish tribes living apart from Banu
Aws and Banu Khazraj. After the immigration to Medina, in the very early
months, Prophet Muhammad SAW formed a treaty with these tribes, which
was a treaty of human rights. This agreement proved to be a great deal to
maintain a peaceful environment.
After the destruction of the First and Second World War, people estimate that
the solution of every problem is not war. Therefore, the United Nations has
been established. On 10 December 1948, the United Nations unanimously
ratified a global manifestation of human rights protection, which was
internationally introduced to human rights, especially freedom, equality and
justice.
In the following article, we look forward to these rights, and will examine the
comparative review of agreement of Madina and the Universal Declaration of
Human Rights
