The role of silence in Islamic jurisprudence

تلخیص
Sakoot(silence)is an Arabic word which means silence. Hence it seems to be a word but this word is very comprehensive and accepted. This word can carry two meanings. The one is willing ness while the other is unwilling ness. But using it (sakoot) in the meaning of willingness is quite better and good looking when there is no willingness then there should have some purpose. It is our duty to stop the wrong doer by our talks. In these cases someone may become unhappy (angry) with us and there I very less chance of his willing. If we keep silent then we can achieve aim. If it is the matter of purchase then it may be implemented. If married then the marriage is right (acceptable). Transection either it is in accordance with invalid or accurate in both cases it is based on permission since is the replace condition of permission. It can be derived from these conversation that sakoot (silence) has got a significant place and role in Islamic jurisprudence.
