Abstract: Unemployment is an international issue that is also considered as a social disease. The whole society is suffering from its evil impacts. Owing to this evil starvation, diseases and social poison spread in the society. This affects not only a family, society but the political and social conditions as well. Unemployment is such a deadly weapon due to which human beings are force to sacrifice their respect, grandeur and the self – esteem as well. The expectations of nobility, truthfulness and honest from a person is in vain. Unemployment is a soul cause of poverty due to which un satisfaction, political restlessness are refraining trend of individuals to abide by the Government are also being generated or grownup. In this article, such principles, in the light of Islamic teachings are being expressed abiding by which a present Govt. can implement such effective steps which will be fruitful for the productive employment.
