تلخیص
A case of Primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy (PHO).idiopathic pachydermoperiostosis (PDP), with pituitary microadenoma and absent lateral incisors is described. The patient had the typical findings of the complete form of PHO including furrowing of skin of forehead and scalp, digital clubbing, palmoplantar hyperhidrosis, and subperiosteal new bone formation. Serum levels of prolactin and follicle stimulating hormones were elevated .
