Islamic has a comprehensive judicial system. It focusses on closing the ways of crimes on perpetual grounds. The Panel Ordinance of Islamic law, a kind of punishment is an Islamic term which has a known procedure in Islamic Sharia. Among these Panel Ordinance of Islamic law one is Disorder. It is a sever kind of punishment after the Rajam (stone throwing). It is due to the bad impacts of this crime on society. Besides it is an act of challenging the state. In modern global scenario many ways are adopted that comes in the definition of this crime, such as: piracy, kidnapping, hijacking, car-lifting and looting in groups etc which have been highlighted in this article.
