The rationale of the present study is to find out the importance of transformational leadership and its impact on organizational commitment with the moderating role of procedural justice and empowerment in the private banking sector of Peshawar region. For data collection five point Likert scale questionnaire, consisting of 24 items were used. On the basis of simple random sampling sixteen private banks were selected. Total 300 questionnaires were distributed; out of which 250 received response rate was 83.5%. Organizational Commitment is positively related to Procedural Justice but the results were non-significant (P>0.01), similarly Organizational Commitment is positively related to empowerment (P
