There are similarities as well as differences between the present-day HRM and the past
one. When it comes to focus of HR management on the overall employment
relationship, together with all the actions, decisions and issues linked with this
relationship, there is apparent similarity in the past and the present HRM. Moreover, like
in the past, today’s HRM is also introducing changes in the employment relationship
and in the organizations.
