تلخیص
This paper addresses the study of family laws for the safety of domestic
life in general and for the respect of women rights particularly.In the
paper a border and widened judicial study,based on Islamic
judiciary,has been explored in an analytical and research based
arguments.The main objectives of this article are;(i)to highlight the
gender equilty through, Islamic judical family law,(ii)to inculcate and
analyze, the judical views of Sunni school of thoughts on dissolution of
marriage life due to disease carrier between the two, for the awareness
of public, last but not least,(iii) to empower the women in society
thorugh inculcating thier marriage rights.An extensive judical
(Fiqhi)approaches has been made to derive the issues in this aspecct.
