In Pakistani short story the decade of seventy is the most important because that was the era of totaly afraidness of martial law, dangean condition in all politics and society was in under the pressure of problem.There is an old saying that literatuis written in the reflect of act of society.Therefore, in this decade the short story was the most powerful type of literature to express all impression and emotions.Most prominant short story writers of this decade are '' Intizar Hussain, Anwer Sajjad, Khalida Hussain , Rasheed Amjad , Masood Asher, Mansha Yaad, Ejaz Rahi, Ahmed Javed, Asad Muhammad Khan, Ahmed Dawood and Mirza Hamid Baig.
