Leasing is a vital part of economic activities. It plays an undeniable role in market. Everyone does not have his own home, shop or building etc., but by leasing we get benefits from other properties. Due to not paying rent on time the owner sometime is compelled put in a dispute with a leaseholder. This dispute result in regulating the beneficiary, the one who needs to rent a home or shop. The owner sets a variety of rules and conditions for leaser and makes it mandatory to fulfill them. In this research paper we will first analyze these conditions being applied in various modern type of leasing and then will come with Shariah principals for this conditions in the light of Quran and Sunnah, in order to satisfy the owner and lease holder both.
