Abstract
The major purpose of this correlational study was to analysethe relationship of perceived organizational support with secondary school teachers’ performance. The population of the study consisted of secondary school teachers working in Punjab. The researchers used convenience sampling technique. The study was survey in techniques thus two questionnaires namely POSI and TPES were used to collect the data. The collected data were tabulated and analysed through SPSS version 20. The results showed that the perceived organizational support has significant relationship with teachers’ performance. The researchers recommended that organization
