Current Situation of Urdu Literature in Arab Countries
Abstract
Urdu Language & literature has a vast acceptability in the Asian
communities. When Urdu language & literature went to Arab
countries, there was a different atmosphere altogether but it made its
place in many areas. Many Arab people contributed for development
of Urdu literature in their countries. Various types of Urdu literature
were introduced there but most of the Urdu speaking community in
Indo- Pak is not aware of it. An effort has been made in this article
through the research conducted by me to reflect upon the variety and
progress of Urdu literature in Arab countries.
