Abstract
Using Rashed’s collection Lā Maṣnavī Insān as a point of reference, Shams ur Rehman Faruqi discusses Rashed’s exceptional ability to use language to create particular and sound rhythm that not only compliments the poet’s flow but also enhances meaning in his poetry. Faruqi argues against the censure by critics on the ambiguous element in Rashed’s poetry.
