Abstract
"Halqa-e-Arbab-e-Zoaq, New York" established in the
leadership of Johar Mir in 1996. After his death Shoukat
Fahmi & Saeed Naqvi reorganized it in 2012. Halqa-e-Arbabe-Zoaq, New York away from Pakistan is an entity of Urdu
language, literature & culture. A number of writers are
affiliated with Halqa-e-Arbab-e-Zoaq, New York. Various
literary concerts are held under the umbrella of Halqa-eArbab-e-Zoaq New York. World Urdu poetry festival held
once a year & so far eight annual world Urdu festivals have
held in which people from all over the world participate.
Numerous writers, novelists, translators, play writer & poets
are assosciated with this settlement in the American state of
New York away from their homeland.
