N.M.Rashid is a remarkable Urdu poet of Free Verse. His poems in Free Verse are very much pragnant with imagery.He is among the few Urdu poets of Free Verse those possess the clear ideas about the role of imagery in Free Verse form. Rashid is of the view that the form of Free Verse and imagery are intermingled and interlinked with each. This article is an attempt to analyse the Rashid's views about the relation of imagery with Free Verse form.
