Abstract
This research article is about some birds
described in Punjabi Qissas. In this
paper i t i s t r ied to ment ion the
importance and impact of birds on
society. For this purpose six birds Crow,
Bulbul, Black Partridge, Parrot, Peacock
and Chukar are chosen and assembled
for revealed that the nature is great
motivation for creativity like poetry.
These classical poets not only use these
birds in their poetry to describe the
nature and to balance the verses of their
poetry but they mention these birds
because the birds have their social
importance and many hidden qualities.
