Abstract
Some orientialists are of the opinion that there is no
creativity and geniuses in Muslim thought. All the work of Muslim
philosophers is not more than the commentary and explanation of
Greek Masters i,e. Plato and Aristotle. The discussions of Muslim
theologians are vague, ambiguous and meaningless. Muslim
Mysticism is a hotchpotch of Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism and
Neo Platonism etc. On the other hand some orientialists say that
Muslim thinkers contributed the human kind in all walks of life.
They admitted that the Muslims were the pioneers of all natural
sciences. The contribution of Muslim thinkers in Medicine is
remarkable. They acknowledged the role of Muslim intellectuals in
the renaissance of the west. What is the fact in this controversy? We
have tried to discover it in coming lines
