Abstract
The purpose of this study was to understand the causes of
conflict among employees and their immediate supervisors.
Data were gathered using combination of survey and
observation design. The data analysis revealed four major
causes which lead to conflict situations in employee-supervisor
relationship. The study also explored the role of conflict
management style and structural approach in conflict
resolution.
