Abstract
Shia is the biggest sect after Ahail Sunnah in the Islamic world. In this context, Ismailia Shia, (a branch of Shiaism) is the largest part of Shiaism which is further divided into Nazria (Agha Khani) and Mustalia (Bohari). The above schools of thought of Shia faith are agreed with the arguments presented in the Holy Quran and Hadiths with reference to Imamat Hazrat Ali and His progeny. In the light of this, they are termed as Shia. Moreover, they have complete understanding on Hazrat Imam Jaffar Sadique’s Imamat but there is some difference with regard to Hazrat Ali and Hazrat Hassan. The Bohri do not accept the status of Hazrat Ali as the first Imam of Shia order but, on the contrary, Ismailia Shia do not acknowledge Hazrat Hassan as Imam rather they call him as Mustawda (care taker /Temporary Imam). On the other hand, the whole world acknowledges Hazrat Ali as the fist Imam and Hazrat Hassan as the second. It is because of prevailing concept of theory of Mustaqirra and Mustawda. According to the oldest primary sources, the Imamat of Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S) is proved. Ismailia Shia brought some amendments in order of the above-mentioned Imamat and regarded Harat Ali the first Imam and Hazrat Hussain bin Ali as the second Imam. But in accordance with Mubarkia (from which Islmia was founded) has termed Hazrat Hassan as the second Imam. In addition to the above arguments, the oldest Shia sect Qarmata also believes in Hazrat Imam Hassan as the second Imam of Shia order
