Abstract
Chyluria is mostly parasitic in origin. Non-parasitic chyluria is rare. Association of chyluria with perirenal lymphangiomas is very rare with a few case reports in literature. We report a case of 25 years old gentleman with non-parasitic chyluria associated with perirenal lymphangiomas and its surgical management.
