Abstract
Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) is a benign vasoproliferative disease of undetermined origin. It is characterized by the presence of nodular masses with vascular proliferation within an inflammatory infiltrate made up of lymphocytes, macrophages, and eosinophils. We describe a case of ALHE, which was diagnosed on histology and responded to excision. A high index of suspicion and awareness is vital in the early diagnosis and management of ALHE.
