Abstract
Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM) is a rare abnormality of lung development; it is increasingly detected by the routine ultrasound scan during pregnancy. The severity of the abnormality is very variable. Herein, we present a case of congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation that presented in a two months old infant who had normal initial chest X rays.
