Abstract
The book, Hidayah, is an authentic book of Fiqh Hanfi, which is written by a
valid and authentic Faqeeh, Mohaddis, and principalistic Aalim, Burhanuddin Ali Bin Abi
Bakar Marghinani. Ibn e Kamal Pasha ranked him 5th in the seven Classes of (priority list)
Fuqahaa. For eight centuries, this book has been equally useful and famous reference and
source for Ulamaa, Fuqahaa, and students. There is plenty of rational arguments and
copy/written arguments (Qura’an o Hadees). There’s no decrease in the importance of this
book even after passing of several decades. And in the classrooms of ages of science and in
advocacy department, its help is taken. But some non-scientific critics are misunderstood
about the Ahaadees in the Book. For this reason, in this article a research and critical review
of Ahaadees of the book Hidayah is presented.
