Abstract
Mystic Sufi tradition, which contains terms and opinions and doctrine, consists of poetry and prose. This heritage become like any other heritage. In evolutionary arc since its inception in the second century of migration until it reached the highest degree of perfection in the seventh century, it is an era in which Sufi philosophy and mystical poetry reached to its maturity. The real meanings used by mystics in the significance of spiritual meanings to symbolize the emotional concepts despite the cloak that looks in it, and then used the Mystics description sensuous, yarn sensory, and wine sensory and sought by it spiritual meanings. The subjects of Sufism poetry vary between asceticism poetry, Allah’s love poetry, Prophet’s praise poetry and poetry of wisdoms, and at the same time the language which they use to describe their purpose.I have divided this research article into a brief preface in which I discussed the word “Sufi”, then characteristics of Sufism poetry, and relationship between poetry and Sufism. Further the characteristics has been divided into three more axis’s, i.e. Allah’s love, worry and Perplexes and symbolic.
