Abstract
Fath al-Mulhim is the explanatory writings of Maulana Shabbir Ahmad Usmani upon the famous book Sahih Muslim He completed this explanation till chapter of Nikah but his death did not give more chance. Takmila Fath al-Mulhih is extension of this book written by Maulana Taqi Usmani. He completed it as per pattern of Mualana Shabbir Ahmad Usmani. He tried his best to maintain writing style, method of explanation and pattern of inference of Allama Usmani. This article has been written on the discussions made about the legal injunction of Shariah about photograph.
