The morphology of male reproductive system of Metapenaeus monoceros, an important commercial species is described. The testicular lobes are connected though thread like tubules which joins the vasa deferentia. The proximal vasa deferentia are thinner than median vasa deferentia which show a whorl and its inner hard material create septum whereas each terminal ampulla has single mature spematophore.
