Bacillus anthracis is gram positive, rod shaped bacterium frequently found in the environment and causes Anthrax disease which is
common in animal but rare in human. In the present research work the favorable condition for the growth of Bacillus anthracis and
confirmed it by Gram’s staining and the growth in different media was observed, the effect of antibiotic was also observed.
