Abstract
Abstract Appendicitis is the commonest abdominal surgical emergency. It is caused usually by obstructing fecaliths which might drop in the peritoneal cavity due to perforation or during laparoscopic extraction of the appendix. I report a case in which the appendicolith spilled from a perforated appendix and exteriorized seven months after the surgery. Key words: Appendicitis, perforation, appendicolith
