Abstract
A 57 years old gentleman with recurrent urinary tract infection of one year duration who had transvesical prostatectomy a year ago is described. His cystoscopic examination revealed retained gauze piece in urinary bladder, which was retrieved. (Rawal Med J 2005;30:96-97).
