Abstract
Based on a study of 150 rural women in the Faisalabad district, it was found that the involvement of women
in decision-making with regard to farm and family matter vary according to different socio-economic situations.
The results showed that the independent variable such as age, education, caste, family type and number of family
member had significant association with decision-making regarding the farm activities and family matters.
