Abstract
Objective: The present study is designed to measure the effectiveness of trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy to reduce emotional and behavioral problems and PTSD symptoms in children with sexual abuse. Study Design: Experimental research design, pre-and post-treatment, Non-probability Purposive sampling was used in this study to examine the outcome of TF-CBT among children with history of sexual abuse. Place and Duration of Study: Sample was taken from Psychiatry Departments of different hospitals in Lahore. Duration of the study was 3 months. Material and Methods: Ten male and female children of age 11 to 16 years participated in the study who have the history of sexual abuse.
