Abstract
Patientsafetyandimprovedhealthcareisamajorconcernforhealthcareproviders,medicalprofessionalsandacademicinstitutions.Aftertheresearchidentifiedthatmanypatientsdiebecauseofhumanerror,medicalsimulationhasbeenincreasinglyusedindevelopedcountriestotrainmedicalundergraduatesandpractitioners.However,mostofthedevelopingcountriesareunabletogetbenefitsfromitduetolowincomeandlowresourcesituations.Asbuildingsimulationcentreswithhighfidelitymanikinsrequiremodernandexpensiveequipment,simulatedpatientsandpart-tasktrainerscouldprovideastartingpointindevelopingcountries.Thesearelowcostoptionsfordevelopingtechnicalandnon-technicalskillsandveryeffectiveforteachingbasicconceptstonovices.Moreadvancedsimulationcentrescanbeestablishedbyfundraisingwiththehelpofcharityorganizationsatthelaterstage
