Parveen Eistesami is the energetic and representative voice of Iran and
Persian Language Literature who by her verses created national and intellectual
awareness of the people, such an awareness which was created by her many years
before the advent of Islamic revolution. She raised her voice against the tyranny and
hegemony of the emperorship and built such an atmosphere of awareness among
the people which paved the way for the Islamic revolution.
