Abstract
Nawab Sultan Jahan Begum of HIIOPAL royal family was a
learned woman of her times with a refined taste To
promote education and literature in her locality, she toiled
hard. The prime objective of her struggle was to bring about
betterment in the life of women She laid the fòundation of
numerous educational institutions which proved to be
immensely helpful in the advancement of the state of
Bhopal.
