Abstract
Social Justice is considred very important in present life.Islamic learning has proved its important in the present of life. Keeping in view the relevent verses of Holy Quran and the life of Holy Prophet(Peace be upon him)a comprehensive study of Islamic society established by The Holy Prophet(Peace be upon him)is a dire need of this modern age.Islamic society has a unique and spacific structure which helps it to survive against every challenge of the Time. The Holy Prophet(Peace be upon him) had created a new society in Madina which was based on socail Justice and fundamental principles of equility and peace for human being.This society is the best examples for the next generations till the last age of humanity.Therefore,it has a specific inner shape which has the ability to resist against the nagative impact of every age. The practice of the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him) the sunnah became a modle for all Muslims so here we high-light some examples of justice in his era and tried to point out the inner structure and other important aspects of social justice in islamic society which is value able addition in the field of modern research
