Abstract
A common man cannot extract the solutionfrom text of
Quran & Hadith. to solve this issue Principle of Islamic
Jurisprudence has been develop by the jurist (fuqaha). Jurist
exerted tremendous efforts in the field of Islamic Jurisprudence
and has set the rules and legal maxims for the convenience of
ulema to sort out the solutions. Amongst various rules there are
seven basic causes specifically for the issues not mention in t text
of Quran & Hadith. This article will discusses these seven causes
like complications, necessities, common practice, customs, need ,
public interest with example and proper justifications.
