Abstract
The life of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) is
a source of Islamic jurisprudence after Quran. It includes his sayings as
well as his actions. The biography of the prophet is a model of human
excellence and Uswa-e-Hasana i.e. the practical aspect of Shariah to
follow for every Muslim man and woman. The biography of Holy
Prophet is a part of Muslim history it is not merely mystery as most of
religions shows their religious personalities. The Holy Prophet is also
well known for his efforts for the unity of the society. His accord with
tribes of Yathrib (Madina) also includes Jewish tribes as well. Due to his
efforts the civil war among two tribes of Aus and Khizrij came to an end
with such a peaceful manner that they were termed as brothers in
Quran. This article contains the teachings of Islam and the Prophet of
Islam about unity
