Abstract
After the political power in sub-continent, Britisher's Govt. effected the Islam
very badly.In this critical situation,Sir Syed Ahmad Khan and his compeers
started to save the Islam.They wrote many books and journals to give answer the
non-muslims.
Moulvi Cheragh Ali ,Sir Syed and his comprees played a main role in this
situation.They explained Islam with his modern ideas.His Islamic view effected
the beliefs and ideas of the muslims.In the compeers of Sir Syed,Moulvi
Cheragh Ali worked cordially and gave the idea of ''Jadeed Ilm-ul-Kalam''.In this
thesis it is discussed in the light of colonial ideas that what were the ideas of
Moulvi Cheragh Ali ,Sir Syed Ahmad Khan and his compeers.
