Contribu on of Ustad Bukhari in Sindhi Literature
Abstract
Ustad Bukhari was a legendary poet of Sindhi literature who served
his readers for almost half a century. He has 25 anthologies of poetry to his
credit. Ustad Bukhari was a revolu onary and progressive poet of his era, who
depicted the sorrows of Sindhis in his poetry. During the MRD movement in
1983 his poetry served as the voice of the na on. This paper makes a detailed
cri cal study of his poe c works .
