We report a case of bilateral congenital aniridia with ectopia lentis and cataractin a female child of 14 years old in whom artificial iris and IOL complex wastransplanted to attain cosmetic results and somehow visual outcomes. Thesurgery was successful in achieving desired outcomes.Key words: Aniridia, artificial iris, artificial iris.
