The British imperialism in the sub-continent has great significance in relation with the Muslim-Christian conflict. During this reign, the Christians produced, printed, published and promoted such polemical discourse which was mostly comprised of insulting allegations against Islam and the Muslims. The autobiography of the newly converted Christian, the well-known religious figure, Padri Imad ud Din Panipatti “ Waqiat e Imadia” is also an integral part of this controversial literature. It is one of those dozens of books which have been written by the same writer against Islam. This scandalous writing has caused and aired controversies, mutual differences and religious prejudice between the two prominent religious communities of the sub-continent, the Muslims and the Christians. It has discussed several sensitive incidents of the British regime in the sub-continent. The writer has brought forward the causes and conditions which convinced him to abandon Islam and accept Christianity. In this prospective, a detailed, serious and impartial analysis of this autobiographical writing is the need of the scholarly circles. This research article has been presented to fulfill this ideological and practical need of the present day.
