The personality of Hazrat Shaykh-ul-Hadeeth Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Banuri (may Allah have mercy on him) is not hidden, but he is a well-known personality and a large number of scholars and students know his personality well. He was a proud scholar as well as a jurist. He was very well versed in jurisprudence. And besides being a jurist, he was also a great muhaddith, and he had a very good fit with the hadith. And since there was a very good fit with the Interpretation, he is also called an interpreter. In this article, the author sheds light on his literary endeavors, and tries to prove that just as Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Banuri (may Allah have mercy on him) was a great muhaddith, a great jurist of nation and an interpreter of the Qur'an, he was also a famous Arabic writer and poet. The author has proved that he is an Arabic poet in this article. He is trying his best to prove his point by quoting a few poems and verses from his collection of poems.
