The study intends to identify the mediating role of financial health (FH) on the association of corporate governance ’s variables and value of firm. The data were taken from sixty textile firms listed at Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Jor the period of 2009-16. The ordinary least square (OLS) models were applied to analyze the data. It was concluded that FH fully mediated the relationship of ACS, ACM, BS and FV and partially mediated that of BM and FV. In addition, the studyproved
statistically significant positive effect of ACS, ACM, BM and BS on FV. The policy makers are advised to use FH for enhancement the value ofa firm.
