The pre.sent .stuJy aim.s to .see the Impact of internal en vironment of putt lic sector uitiversities on the students’ motivation in Khyber Pakhtunkli n'a. The target population of the study wa.s 400h lead her.s ‹iinl 79000 ›’lii len I.s enrolled in 19 HEC recogiiized universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhv'a. Multistage sampling technique wins uscJ ji›r the collection of data and only ftve universities wc•re selected through simple random sampling technique. A sample of 200 students and 100 teachers was selecteJ ji-out the arts and sciencef'aculties of five utiiversitie.s Researchers made two questionnaires which were made valid and the.se were also made reliable through Chronbach alpha.
