Al-Mausooah Al-Fiqhiyyah is an encyclopedia and documented heritage
of Islamic jurisprudence until the thirteenth century AH. It is published
in 44 volumes by Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, Kuwait. It
comprises almost 3000 jurisprudential terms arranged alphabetically
(A-Z) to facilitate the researchers and students of Islamic sciences. This
research article embraces historical background, authors, sources,
objectives and research methodology of said jurisprudential
encyclopedia.
