elementary schools, about the effect of motivational techniques on their
performance was identified through t-test. The findings of the study indicated
that most of the lementary teachers were of the view that heads’ motivational
techniques have strong effect on their performance. Moreover, difference was
not statistically significant in responses of urban and rural teachers about the
heads motivational techniques and its effect on their performance. It is
recommended that the government should give training to heads of

their performance.
