“Anger Divorce” in the light of shariah
Abstract
This study is title “Anger Divorce” which aims at deepening the researches in
this disputing issue relating to the personal status that’s full of inquires due to
huge divorce cases in our societies, Courts, and Dar ul-Ifta legitimate. That’s
occurs through eliminating disagreement situations and illustrating Fuqaha
opinions in judging questions and evidences of each doctrines with
appropriate discussion to get the most agreed way “doctrines”.
The researchers found that the Anger Divorce occurs when anger level in
uncontrollable but it does not occur if anger is not extreme and controllable,
so it is differentiated between the divorcing man and his intention with specific
rules discussed in details within the content of the study. The priority is in
non-occurring divorce except when angry man became like mad and lost his
thinking.
In order to get this results the researchers discussed the definitions and the
types of divorce and studied in depth the judgment of Anger Divorce
