Abstract
The Baloch Educational society (1948) was the first
educational organization in Karachi that initiated night
schooling in Layari with an organized way and promoted
educational cause in the area. Afterall, it this organization
established a High school along with a study center and library
in 1950 to provide the society a platform for education and
enlightenment. Moreover, Baloch Educational society started
tradition of literary circles for the promotion of Balochi
Language and literature. This research paper discusses all the
activities and role of the Baloch Educational society.
