Abstract
In this Article presented a research about talaq and its attributes. The author analyst this
orders in light of Quran and Sahih Hadith. Al-Suyuti was born on 3 October 1445 AD (9th
century hijri) in Cairo, Egypt. His Family moved to Asyut in Mamluk Egypt, hence he called
Al-Suyuti. Al-Suyuti was the famouse Scholar of Islamic History. He worked in every field of
Islamic studies. He belongs to Shafi School of thought. He wrote many books about fiqh,
Hadith, Tafseer and sufiism. was died on 18 October 1505. His tafseer Aldurr ul mansoor is
called tafseer bilmathoor but he coated a lot of Israeli traditions in this Tafseer which was
not correct at others Mufassereen. Divorce is subject to certain conditions and specific rules
and ethical principles. Likewise, there are certain requirements for confrontation with
enemies and Muslims are not supposed to poison the drinking water, destroy the trees, and
wrong children, women, and senior citizens. Significant factors leading to divorce include the
partners’ mistreatment of each other.
