Abstract
Money has been given a special status in Islamic Law because of its significance in daily life. The rules and regulations have been promulgated to regularize fair dealing in money. Its basic function is defined to be the intermediary for purchase of commodities and services but more important is to earn it in Halal ways then to spend it also in Halal practices. Money is a gift of Allah SWT to flourish the trade and man is the only responsible for its usage. The ultimate target of using money is to succeed with the Will of Allah and not the money itself. This article seeks the right ways of spending money in lawful practices for the benevolence of whole humanity.
